The inside is for the most part in excellent condition and binding is very tight & sound. Amazing to see what is now a totally different city. Table of contents include Cabarets, Steamship Companies & Telegraph Companies. No smells, from a non smoking home. Some age, wear & curling on outside cover and edges of first few front & back pages.
